Air Jordans 1 Retro High OG “J Balvin”

The J Balvin x Air Jordans 1 High OG “Colores Y Vibras” is a Holiday 2020 collaboration between the popular Latin artist and Jordans Brand on Michael Jordans’s first signature shoe. With the release of the “Colores Y Vibras,” which translates to “Colors and Vibes” in English, the Colombia native becomes the first Latin musician to collaborate with Jordans Brand, a monumental achievement. As for the design, the upper features a canvas construction with a rainbow-like assortment of colors baked into its look. Jagged panels on the collar, eyelets, heel, and forefoot further the singular look of J Balvin’s design. Other details include multicolor sewn-on Swooshes on either side, a black “Wings” emblem on the collar, and a pink nylon tongue with mismatching tongue tags that feature an orange patch with a black Jumpman on the right shoe and a green patch with a yellow smiley face on the left shoe. Exposed foam breaks through the top of the jagged collar and the artist’s yellow smiley face arrives in patch form on the heel. A light pink sole completes the look of one of most eccentric Air Jordans 1s ever designed. Release date: December 8, 2020.
